For the application for a job vacancy on the careers section of the website, Enginium Group works together with the company Bullhorn Ltd, 8th floor, 155 Bishopsgate London EC2M ETQ ( UK), Data Processor, who collects the following personal data, which are provided by candidates through the Enginium group website:
- identity and contact details (name, address, tel. number, e-mail
- address, date and place of birth, marital status, nationality, sex,...);
- profession, education, memberships ;
- other information from the Curriculum Vitae (“CV”);
- sensitive information (such as health data) if such data is provided by the candidate.
3. WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION
Enginium Group collects the abovementioned information to assess, consider and process the applications for job vacancies, contact the candidate, and eventually enter into a possible employment contract. Furthermore these data will be used to remain in contact with the candidate for other job vacancies or opportunities that arise within client of Enginium Group that may interest him.
4. THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
By sharing your personal data when applying for a job vacancy on the careers section, you give us your consent to process your personal data as described in this policy. This personal data will also be necessary to be processed in order to take steps prior to the entering into a possible contract.

We may also share your personal information with other third parties who perform functions on our behalf and provide services to us such as professional advisors or IT consultants carrying out testing and development work on our business technology systems.
